ブートキャンプについて

教育イベントである「ブートキャンプ」について紹介します。
今年の4月に第1回を企画し，第2回を10月に，第3回を11月に開催しました。

第1回は，小児科医としてまず身につけて欲しい知識，技術，また病棟でのルールなどを，後期研修開始時に短期間（2日間）で集中的に習得することを目的に開催しました。

第2回は，卒後3～6年目の小児科医を対象にシミュレーター濃厚トレーニングを行いました。
こうしたイベントは各地で行われていますが、筑波大学版の売りは
　1.　教官が卒後8-14年と若くして大学病院の現場取り仕切りに大抜擢された気鋭軍団
　2.　トロント小児病院でのAPLS受講経験から日本の現場に合わせてアレンジした内容
　3.　広大なスキルラボを2日間貸し切り、夜も懇親会で小児救急について
　　　存分に語り合える豊富な資源
です。

第3回は，小児科後期研修医を対象に泊まり込みでエコーのハンズオンを行いました。
