Continuous ISO9001 Certification

ISO 9001 is an international standard for organizational operating procedures to better meet the expectations of customers and members of the organization. Our hospital has been ISO 9001 certified since 2004 and the certification mark on the right indicates that our organizational operating procedures conform to the newest ISO 9001:2015 standard as certified by BSI Group Japan (an accredited audit and registration organization.) Continuous ISO9001 certification facilitates constant improvements in our hospital operations to better meet the expectations of our patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
