Q: I want to visit the outpatient department. What should I do?

A: Please make an appointment by visiting our hospital, or by telephone since our outpatient services are by appointment-only.

Q: I have medical referral letter. How do I visit your hospital?

A: There are some cases which you could visit our hospital without making an appointment if you have a medical referral letter. However, there is limitation on the departments and the visiting time. Please ask the Appointment Center(above phone number) for details. Furthermore, if you wish to visit our hospital without appointment, patients with appointments will be called first, and we may ask you to wait for a long time.


Q: I want to be admitted to your hospital. What should I do?

A: If you wish to be hospitalized in our hospital, we ask you to visit our outpatient service first, and by the directions of our doctor, you need to take the admission procedures. Moreover, there are possibilities that you could not be hospitalized immediately due to our circumstances, so we appreciate your understanding.


Q: My acquaintance is hospitalized in your hospital. How could I visit?

A: The visitation hours are 14:00 to 21:00 for weekdays, and 11:00 to 21:00 for Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Psychiatry Department is until 18:00. If you wish to visit our hospital for visitations, please ask the Main Entrance and East Entrance Security Office first, before coming to the ward. Moreover, we do not accept visitations off hours and by the large number of people. Please ask the staff if you have particular reasons. We ask your cooperation for short time visitations, and to be quiet in the ward in order to take consideration for other patients. We would also like to ask for your cooperation not to bring other person who is suffering from epidemic diseases, or who is younger than 12 years old. We prohibit eating and drinking in the hospital while visitations. Also please do not bring any foods or drinks inside.
