In addition, please do not bring food or drink into the hospital. Anti-COVID-19 measures may affect visitation times, duration, and occurrence so please check before coming.

Q:What is the procedure to use the patient parking lot?

A:Both multilevel and flat parking lots, including wheelchair parking lots, have a system where the parking ticket is extracted from the ticket issuing machine upon entry and the fee is paid upon exit. Please note that only 1,000 yen in bills and 10 yen, 50 yen, 100 yen, and 500 yen in coins can be used to pay the fee. In addition, outpatients, hospitalized patients, their families, and visitors can receive free or discounted parking by completing the necessary procedures at the designated location. As a rule, only vehicles driven by wheelchair users are allowed to use the wheelchair parking lot. However, this does not apply to wheelchair users who require assistance. If you wish to use the parking lot, please apply at the outpatient reception desk (Number 2) for a certificate of use. If you are a first-time patient who is eligible to use the wheelchair parking lot, please ask the security guard at the parking lot gate. For more details, please refer to “Parking Lot Information”.

Q:I have a suggestion to improve hospital services. Who can I talk to about it?
