The hospital provides medical records (medical records, X-ray films, etc.) to patients who have undergone medical treatment in order for them to fully understand their illness and the content of their treatment, to build a good relationship of trust and partnership with medical professionals, and to achieve higher quality and more open medical treatment. We thus provide medical record disclosure (fee-based). If you would like to request disclosure of your medical records, please contact the Patient Consultation Desk at the address below. Please note that it takes about three weeks to complete the procedures for disclosure.
